The room was surprisingly clean, but the noise from outside was unbearable.

So, this place is super close to the airport and NEC, which is a big plus! The reception guy was really nice, but my room was noisy and cold. There was a weird stain on the wall, and the bathroom was kinda grimy. I’m glad I skipped breakfast here.

I loved how close we were to Malvern and Brueton Park, ideal for a relaxing walk, and it was just a short bus ride to the Birmingham Airport Viewing Area to watch the planes take off, making it perfect for my weekend explorations.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Standard Double Room. The bus stop was conveniently located right across the road. The staff were helpful and accommodating during my stay. The car park offered easy access. The room was warm and comfortable. 😊

The bed was reasonably comfortable though the linens did not seem clean. The shower had good water pressure though the shampoo was subpar.

during my stay, I found it really easy to get to the National Exhibition Centre, which is just over 2 km away, and enjoyed a peaceful walk at the nearby Middle England Farm Alpacas, making it an ideal spot for both urban and nature lovers like me.

The room was clean and had a decent shower. surprisingly comfy bed, didn’t expect much but it was warm enough. The lady at the front desk was really nice and even sorted me out when I needed a second pillow, no fuss at all.
